Partner Onboarding

One form. Every kind of partner

Universal partner intake — supplier, client, reseller, integrator — routed to the right downstream workflow based on partner type. Replace 5 separate onboarding forms with one structured front door that triggers the Partner Onboarding workflow on submission.

The use case

Stop maintaining five onboarding forms. Start onboarding every partner through one.

Your company has 5 partner onboarding forms: one for suppliers (KYB + banking + ERP sync), one for clients (KYC + credit + AR setup), one for resellers (channel agreement + portal access), one for tech partners (integration sandbox + co-sell), one for consulting partners (SoW + project access). Each lives in a different Google Form, Excel template, or HubSpot pipeline. Each has a different owner. None of them talk to your Partnership master record. New partner = 3 weeks median onboarding. Audit trail = scattered. Master data = wrong half the time.

The Partner Onboarding form is the universal front door. 16 typed fields across 5 sections — same intake regardless of partner type. The Routing Agent reads partner-type + region + volume on submission and dispatches to the right downstream workflow. Master Data sees one consistent record. Audit trail in one place. From form-submitted to partner-active in 48-72 hours, not 3 weeks.

For who

Chief Procurement Officer
I have 5 partner onboarding processes and zero consistency. My master data is wrong half the time.
Head of Partnerships
Tech partners, resellers, and consultants all onboard differently. I can't get a clean partner list for the QBR.
Chief Financial Officer
Suppliers and clients are the same legal entity 30% of the time. Today they live in separate systems with separate KYB/KYC trails.
Operations Lead
Every new partner type means a new form, a new owner, a new queue. We need one front door.

Capabilities

What Partner Onboarding actually does.

01Capability

One form, every partner type

Stop maintaining 5 separate onboarding forms (one for suppliers, one for clients, one for resellers, one for tech partners, one for consultants). The Partner Onboarding form adapts on `partner-type` — same intake, different downstream workflow. Suppliers go to KYB + ERP sync. Clients go to KYC + credit. Tech partners go to integration + co-sell setup. Master Data sees one consistent record across all of them.

02Capability

Auto-routes to the right downstream workflow

Submission triggers the Partner Onboarding workflow. The Routing Agent reads partner-type + region + expected-volume and dispatches: supplier → KYB + sanctions + banking + ERP sync; client → KYC + credit + AR setup; reseller → channel agreement + portal access; tech partner → integration sandbox + co-sell enablement; consulting partner → SoW template + project access. One form. Five workflows. Zero handoff.

03Capability

Documents become structured data

Uploaded registration certificates and insurance certs are parsed by the OCR agent. Legal entity name, registration date, insurance expiration, and certification scope are extracted automatically and written to the Partnership record. The PDF lives in the audit trail with a cryptographic hash.

04Capability

Multi-jurisdiction defaults out of the box

Country-aware validation for VAT format (FR, DE, BE, NL, IT, ES, UK, +30 more), registration certificate types (KBIS, Handelsregister, BCE, CCIAA), and region-specific compliance baselines (sanctions for OFAC/EU/UK, GDPR for EU, CCPA for US, modern slavery for UK & AU). The form adapts to the partner's jurisdiction, not the other way around.
